Why CliftonStrengths?

CliftonStrengths is rooted in positive psychology. What this means is rather than focusing on what we aren’t, what we are lacking, or where we are failing, Strengths focuses on what is right with you. It measures our natural, innate talents, which, according to research, is our biggest opportunity to maximize our potential. Other assessments or tools have their place; however, CliftonStrengths provides a more meaningful starting point for your journey.

Most people I talk to say this assessment was the one that truly reflected their whole self and how they were wired. Personally, when I took the assessment for the first time in 2007, I gasped and said, “Oh my God! Now I know why I do what I do!” It simply made sense.

But this isn’t just a “me” tool. It’s a “we” tool. When you look at the impact of this assessment on teams, keep in mind the CliftonStrengths assessment gives people a better understanding and appreciation for who they are, as well as others.
